By registering for this event, you agree to: 1. Follow all ashram guidelines, schedules, and daily routines 2. Respect meditation and silence hours throughout the ashram premises 3. Participate wholeheartedly in community activities and seva (selfless service) 4. Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanctity of the ashram space 5. No smoking, alcohol, or non-vegetarian food on premises 6. Payment is non-refundable once processed 7. Registration is subject to approval and availability DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY: 8. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings. The ashram is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 9. You participate in all ashram activities at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, well-being, and any medical conditions. The ashram is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during your stay. 10. As an open sacred space dedicated to spiritual practice, the ashram cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, incidents, or events that may occur on the premises. 11. In case of medical emergencies, the ashram will assist in arranging transportation to nearby medical facilities, but all medical expenses are the responsibility of the participant. 12. The ashram reserves the right to request departure if guidelines are not followed or if conduct is deemed disruptive to the community. 13.
